Creating an account
To create a Duijvesteijn Winterstore account for your online purchases, you can use the following link: Sign up.
You can also create an account when placing your order, by filling in your details at “New customer”.
You don’t need to create an account in order to purchase anything, but it does come with a number of advantages: with an account, you can see your order history, edit your newsletter preferences, and you won’t need to enter your personal details again when placing any subsequent orders.
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by using the following link: password recovery. Within a few minutes, you will then receive an e-mail on the e-mail address that you entered. You can use that e-mail to set up your password.
Log in to your account and go to Account Information. Tick ‘change password’ and enter your old password, as well as the new one.
Managing your billing and shipping address
Log in to your account and go to Address Book. Here, you can add new addresses or change your existing billing and/or shipping address. The adjustment will not influence any outstanding orders. Would you like to change the address of an order that has already been placed? Then, please contact our customer service before your order has been shipped, either via e-mail ([email protected]) or phone (+31(0)793208897).
Newsletters: subscribing and unsubscribing
There are two ways to manage your newsletter subscription:
- Log in to your account and go to your Dashboard. Under the header Newsletters, you can subscribe and unsubscribe from the newsletter.
- At the bottom of every newsletter, there’s a link you can use to edit your personal information and a link you can use to unsubscribe.
Log in to your account and head to Orders. Here, you can find every order that has been placed using your account.
