Prices and discounts

We keep a close eye on the market and are constantly trying to offer the best possible combination of price, quality, and service. This may cause prices to change. We do not have set moments for sales or discounts, which is why it’s not possible to tell you in advance when a product will change in price. If the price of a product drops within 7 days after you ordered it online, we will refund the difference on request- on one condition. The product that you ordered must still be in stock during the sale, in the exact same combination of colour + size that you ordered.
We do our utmost to help you as well as possible and offer you the best possible service, before, during and after your purchase. In addition, we offer you the best possible prices. 

Failed or declined payment

Due to an increase in online fraud, we have employed a variety of different security measures for payment with a credit card and PayPal. An extra ‘3D Secure Check’ is required for every transaction with a credit card.
If a payment by credit card is declined, it can have multiple causes. These are some common causes:

  • The most common reason is a balance that is too low or a credit limit that is too low.
  • The personal details that you filled in (name and/or address) are different from those on the credit card. 
  • The country where the credit card was issued differs from the country from where you’re placing the order (example: ordering from France with a British credit card). 
  • You’re placing the order from a country that has been marked as ‘high risk’. 
  • The provider of your credit card has imposed a restriction on your card. 
If your payment has been declined, check if all of the entered information is correct and whether your credit limit is set high enough.
