Returns, in short

If a product does not live up to your expectations, you are of course allowed to return it. Please let us know that you are planning to return your order within 14 days. When returning a product, you can help us by stating the reason for the return. After you have let us know that you will be returning your order, you have 14 days to send it back to us.

Must-know before returning anything:

  1. The product that you are returning must be in unused condition.
  2. If applicable, the product must be in its original packaging with the (price) tags attached.
  3. Register your return via the online Returns form. You can do so up to 14 days after delivery.
  4. After the online form has been completed and sent, you will have 14 days to send the product back to us. The return shipping costs will be at your own expense.
  5. You will receive the full refund (including delivery costs , if applicable) within 5 business days. If you’re only returning a part of the order, the delivery costs will not be refunded.
  6. Exchanging a product? Return your order and order the new product on our website.
  7. Custom-made products (such as skis with bindings that were drilled to your specifications) can’t be returned.

If you need to return a product due to a mistake on our part, we will pay for the return shipping costs. In that event, first contact our customer service via e-mail ([email protected]) or phone (+31(0)793208897).


After we have received your return shipment, we will refund you within 5 business days. We will always use the same payment method as the one that you used to place the order. If you used a gift card for your purchase, you will receive a new gift card of equivalent value.
If you choose to return the entire order, we will reimburse the full sum, including shipping costs ( if applicable). If you chose a special delivery ( such as Express delivery), we will not cover the additional costs for that service.


To avoid complicated procedures, the process for exchanging an item for a different size or product works as follows:
Return the old product (in accordance with our regular return policy) and place a new order through our website. The purchase cost of your returned item will be refunded once we have received your item. This ensures that you will receive the desired product as soon as possible, without first having to wait until we have exchanged the product ourselves.

Returning or exchanging in our stores

You can also return orders that were placed online in our stores. To do so, you will need the packing slip in addition to the item. After you’ve handed in the item and the packing slip, you will receive a signed copy of the packing slip that will act as proof that you have returned the item. The return payment will be processed through the online store. That means that you will not receive your refund immediately, but will receive it on your bank account within 5 business days. It is always possible to exchange items in our stores, but keep the following in mind: items from our online store aren’t always in stock in every possible size and colour at our regular stores. Make sure that you have the bill of your order (that you received via e-mail) at hand when exchanging an item in our stores- printed out or on your phone, for example.

Conditions and exceptions for returns 

“Cooling- off” period: 

  1. After receiving your order, you have 14 days to evaluate the product as you would in a store. This period starts on the day that you, or a third party that was appointed by you, received the order.
  2. If your order was delivered in parts, the cooling-off period starts as soon as you have received the entire order.
  3. If the 14th day of the cooling-off period falls on a weekend or on a holiday, the period will be extended to the first business day thereafter.

Make use of your right of withdrawal:

  1. If the product isn’t what you expected, you can let us know that you want to revoke your order. To do so, fill out our online Returns form.
  2. You don’t need to tell us why you want to withdraw from your purchase (but we appreciate it if you do).
  3. As soon as you have registered your withdrawal, you have 14 days to return the product.
  4. Return the product in its entirety, in the original condition and, as far at possible, in the original packaging. If the product came with labels attached, do not remove them.
  5. To be able to revoke your order, you can only inspect the product as you would in a store. You are not allowed to use the product or damage it in order to judge it. If you do, we can withhold the resulting decrease in value from your reimbursement, or charge you for it.


Products and services to which the right to withdrawal does not apply:
  1. Items that have been modified to your specifications. An example would be skis to which we have mounted bindings tailored to your size. Demo skis with non-custom made bindings and skis with so-called rail bindings are exempt from this exception.
  2. Digital and physical gift cards.
  3. Additional services, such as Express delivery and the mounting of bindings.
  4. Hygiene-related products or products that could pose a health risk, of which the seal has been broken.
  5. Products with limited shelf life.
  6. Products that were ordered based on an invoice by business customers.

Status return shipment

On average, it takes 3 business days for your return shipment to arrive. Then, we will process the return in 1-3 business days. You will receive an e-mail from us when your return has been processed.
