Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

We've listed the most frequently asked questions and answers for you.

Can I order my boots online?

Yes, but we don’t recommend it. Fitting is crucial: in-store you’ll get personal advice and can try different models. If you know exactly what you need, ordering online is of course possible.

How much time should I allow for a fitting?

Plan around 45–60 minutes. That’s why we recommend booking an appointment, so we can reserve this time exclusively for you. Extra benefit: with an appointment you’ll receive free Sidas insoles (until 12 October).

What if I need adjustments later?

No problem. Our boot fitters can help you later in the season with adjustments, so you’ll always have the perfect fit.
