Pros and cons

  • Versatile everywhere on the mountain
The directional-twin shape, hybrid camber and medium-stiff flex make this board just as enjoyable on piste as it is switch or in variable terrain.
  • Grip on hard and icy snow
The extra contact points of Traction Tech 2.0 in the steel edges give you added grip on hardpack and ice, so you can ride with confidence even on tricky conditions.
  • Smooth edge transitions
A slight rocker at the nose and tail helps turns initiate faster and makes edge-to-edge transitions feel more fluid.
  • Less forgiving than the base model
The medium-stiff flex makes the board more responsive, but also more demanding.

Description

The Jones Mountain Twin Pro is an all-mountain freestyle board for advanced snowboarders who want one board for everything the mountain has to offer. The directional-twin shape makes it incredibly versatile. The hybrid camber profile gives you grip and pop on piste, while Traction Tech 2.0 adds extra grip on hardpack and ice through serrations in the steel edges. A slight rocker at the nose and tail helps turns come on faster and improves float. Strong on piste, switch and in variable snow.

Features

Level: Advanced. You need solid technique to get the most out of this board. If you have it, the board rewards you with direct response and versatility across the whole mountain.

Type of snowboarder / riding style: All-mountain freestyle: for snowboarders who love riding piste but also enjoy going switch, hitting features or heading off-piste every now and then. One board for riders who don't want to compromise.

Grip: The Traction Tech 2.0 serrations in the steel edges improve grip on hardpack and ice, keeping your turns sharp and confident even on more challenging snow.

Why choose the Jones Mountain Twin Pro?

The Mountain Twin Pro is the board for the advanced snowboarder who wants versatility and direct response without giving up grip. Playful enough for tricks and switch, stiff enough for precise turns on hard pistes and variable snow. Jones builds boards that treat the whole mountain as a playground, and the Mountain Twin Pro is a great example of that. At Duijvestein Winterstore, we're happy to help you find the right size and match it with the perfect binding.
